Your Dentist
Yong-Ha Kim, DDS
Dr. Yong-Ha Kim received his DDS degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2008. Dr. Kim has practiced general dentistry as an associate in Columbus and Cleveland, Ohio before opening his own private dental practice in Medina, Ohio in 2016 where he currently practices. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association and Medina County Dental Society.
Dr. Kim resides in Solon with his wife, 8 year old daughter, 6 year old boy, and 3 year old daughter. He likes to follow professional sports, enjoys reading and running in his spare time. Since 2015, Dr. Kim has ran the Akron Half Marathon every year.

Maintaining good oral hygiene is important to us. Get your teeth cleaned regularly by our certified dental hygienist.

Whether you want to improve your smile with veneers or just need a crown we can do that here. We can also replace your missing tooth with a bridge or a crown over your implant.
Dental Fillings & Bonding
We offer tooth-colored fillings to fix your cavity or chipped tooth. We can also bond your front teeth to correct gaps or dark stainings.
Emergency Dentistry
If you have a toothache, chipped tooth, broken tooth we are here to take care of you.
Partials & Dentures
We offer traditional partials, flexible partials, dentures and immediate dentures.
Digital X-rays
We have state of the art digital x-ray equipment for quick and accurate diagnosis. Digital x-rays reduce radiation up to 90% when compared to traditional x-rays.
Intraoral Camera
You can see for yourself what work needs to be done and which teeth are doing fine.

Kathleen Peplin, RDH
Kathleen has been the dental hygienist in our office since 2023. She is dedicated to giving patients the best possible care. She and her husband enjoy hiking and traveling out West. They have two cats Annie and Bella.

Rose Kelkenberg
Front Desk
Rose Kelkenberg is usually the first person you meet or talk to here at Kim Family Dentistry. Along with being the receptionist since 2005, she handles all the administrative front desk duties. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and knitting.
LaToya Porch
Dental Assistant
LaToya is a 2018 graduate of the Cleveland Institute of Dental and Medical Assistants. She has two cats, Lulu and Tidus. She enjoys spending time with her three kids.
Sarah Vojtkofsky
Front Desk
Sarah is the newest member to our office. She has two cats, Bonnie and Clyde, and Benny, her dog. With her free time she enjoys reading and spending time with her son.
