Insurance - We are in-network with Delta Dental Premier. If you do not have Delta Dental Premier we would still love to have you as a patient. Most standard and PPO insurances provide out-of-network benefits, which may pay at the same level as an in-network provider. Regardless of what insurance you have, we will still file your claim, handle all the paperwork to maximize your insurance benefits. Unfortunately, we do not accept HMO or Medicaid/Medicare plans at this time.
